Sue Bredekamp is a true advocate for children. She has done so much and her books are great learning tools. I met her at a conference many years ago. She walks, talks and sleep NAEYC. I was in a group of women from all over North Carolina that were attending the conference. She shook my hand and kept on moving. People were calling her and it looked as if she could have just disappeared she would have.
